The main square in the Franciacorta Outlet Village is the commercial space's central point but unfortunately lacked an iconic and distinctive feature, which underlined the need for a radical transformation.

This project attempts to give the main square a new image by making it more attractive and inviting for the visitor by providing a public space dedicated to leisure and socializing. Enriched by distinct and specific thematic areas, the central point becomes an important piece of the complex system necessary to improve visitors' experience.

The new floor design helps emphasize the main routes and paths, with new trees marking the rhythm of the existing arcade. The strategically placed green landscaping helps guide the flow of circulation. Additional features include a new fountain design and lighting projections, which add a contemporary, dynamic and rich touch to the existing space.

The Food court, placed in a central position and contained between the windows of bars and restaurants, is characterized by semicircular green landscaping that structures the space into more intimate areas in contrast to the large scale of the square, making it more recognizable and stand out.
