“HT Tower” is a 25-story luxury residential complex located in the heart of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The simplicity of the buildings' architectural form is animated by an irregular frame facade system that encloses the continuous loggias along the entire perimeter of the towers. These architectural elements are also useful to ensure proper shading of the interior spaces.

The layout guarantees the presence of different housing solutions, such as duplexes, multiple unit typologies, and penthouses on the upper floors. The living rooms are placed on the corners, thus providing a suggestive 360 ° view of the city which gives a remarkable interior space quality.
