The facade has been articulated with a number of screens, creating a unique architecture while at the same time protecting the glass curtain wall from direct southern sun. Building efficiency is the main driving factor in the design and development of this project.
The base of this 20-story office tower includes a double level lobby with a coffee shop, game /recreational area, and library as well 5 floors of parking. A gym and restaurant dedicated exclusively to the building tenants is located respectably on the 6th and 7th levels as well as an open-air lounge bar on the rooftop.
