On October 4th 2018 the Franciacorta Outlet Village officially opened its Phase 3 to the public. The 5,000 square meter addition includes of 30 new retail shops and a renewed food court. With this addition the Franciacorta outlet village will now exceed 38,000 square meters and almost 200 stores.
Land of Fashion, a brand consisting of five shopping centers owned by the American investment firm Blackstone, managed by MOMI (Multi Outlet Management Italy) will be enriching its portfolio with the inauguration of an extension to the Franciacorta Outlet Village near Brescia, Italy. The architectural project and artistic direction were entrusted by Kryalos, Blackstone‘s strategic and the operational partner for investments in Italy, to SOLIDS a design company based in Milan.
Franciacorta’s phase 3 expansion consists of a design theme, in continuity with the previous phases, that of the historic village. A distinctive element will be the luxurious shopping gallery with metal and glass coverings, which recalls the 19thcentury city “galleria” connecting to the commercial areas and food court.
