The Franciacorta Outlet Village is a retail center located in the east of Milan, near Brescia. The design theme pursued, in continuity with the previous phases, was that of the historic village. It features the reinterpretation of the city's main architectural elements, such as the tower, the covered gallery, the baptistery, and the town hall went to recreate a small urban village.
A distinctive element is a luxurious gallery with metal and glass covering, which recalls the 19th-century city galleries and connects the various commercial areas. The project involved constructing 30 retail units spread over approximately 5,000 square meters of SLP (total gross area). This leads the Franciacorta outlet village to exceed 38,000 square meters and almost 200 stores.
